How do I get your meals?
Simply look through our menu of meals, add the ones you wish to purchase to your cart, checkout and pay online. There will be one ordering cycle and pick-up day each week.
Pick-up day will be TUESDAY from 4:00pm – 6:00pm CT at Rend Lake Crossfit located at 1202 N. Blakely in Benton and Ivy Terrace located at 103 W. Franklin in Sesser, IL 62884
ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 11:59 PM on FRIDAY for TUESDAY pick up.
Do you deliver?
We don’t currently offer home delivery, however businesses may contact firstname.lastname@example.org for corporate delivery options.
How long will the meals last in my refrigerator before going bad?
As long as the meals are kept in the refrigerator, they will last at least 5 days. Meals may be frozen at that point, however, it is not recommended as it could affect the meal quality.
Do you use all natural ingredients in your meals?
Yes, we cook with all natural ingredients and incorporate as much organic as possible while keeping our prices affordable.
Do your meals contain additives or preservatives?
Our meals are free of artificial additives and preservatives, but some ingredients do contain naturally occurring preservatives.
Do you offer low-carb, low/no sugar, or low-sodium meals?
We offer a variety of meal options that will fit these particular needs. Consult one of our staff members for help choosing the best meal option.
Are these ``diet`` meals and will I lose weight?
Eating these meals is a not going to guarantee you to lose weight, but they are a healthier alternative than running through a fast-food drive-thru. Depending on your current lifestyle and food choices, incorporating our meals in to your meal plans may help with your weight loss efforts.
Many customers see additional benefits of eating portioned, caloric and macronutrient balanced meals such as increased energy, lower cholesterol, and other health related benefits.
How long do you microwave the meal?
Recommended heating instructions are on the label of every meal. Since microwaves can vary in heating power, try checking your meal half way through the recommended time.
Does the menu ever change?
We offer a rotating menu that features new menu options every season. We try to incorporate seasonal ingredients and customer recommendations to help influence our new meals. On average you will see 3-5 new items on the menu along with revamped recipes of current favorites.
